bailliffs are throwing their weight around trying to use words to intimidate and get me in fear . but if you know your stuff they can't do anything. stay calm and ask loads of questions.

whats really nice to see in your videos is how peoples mood changes gradually throughout the videos, this is down to how calm and collected you behave. brilliant stuff bro :-D I had a bailiff visit a few months ago and as soon as he did I moved my car off property. I phoned him to ask him what was going on etc. He said he was in the area and would come back to get the vehicle now. He must've drove back and seen it was not there and hasn't been back since. I am awaiting a return visit from them and when it happens I'll film the whole thing and try to remain as calm and eloquent as you :-D and post on youtube, obviously :-D

If someone SEES your gun it causes alarm and distress. If it's concealed no one sees it. It's that simple. Think of it like this: we all break laws all the time but the only criminals are the ones who get caught. If someone sees the gun then you have committed an offence under common law as you have caused injury (mental distress).

Unless its council tax they can NOT break in but if you leave a window or door open they are well within their rights to climb in, if they do get in tell them they must leave straight away and call the police if they dont, do not admit to any of your property or anything about the fine. They should not be threatening to break in and you should use that to complain if you ever need to.

no, they can only act on the name the 'warrant' was issued against. but their 'warrant of execution' was not signed by a judge and there for unlawfull. it has no authority, thats why they never came back. i do have a life, in fact everydays a holiday. big love

Actually, many DON'T put up with the status quo, here or there. The establishment steps on some and ignores some but as this video pointed out, in the long run, there's more of the masses than there is of the elite. The thing about non signed warrant is a valid point,in some countries you can appeal (and win ) against mass produced 'fines' without signature orwith in correct information. Legal / lawful disntinction - dont bother baliffs often act 'unlawfully' but in legality , get over it.

Yes, common law is about loss, harm, injury, fraud, and if none of those have occurred then no common law has been broken, however statute is not common law, but it is still the law. I have read the relevant parts of the Magna Carta, but most if not all of it is now obsolete. Arrest is not kidnap, statute has nothing to do with admiralty law, it is a law
