Finally, a video that centers around Riley! On weekdays, I only have one hour in the mornings to spend with my children before school/daycare/work. After I'm done going over Mina's English homework and practicing drill cards with Teito, there's hardly any time left over for child #3. When compared to his older siblings, it feels like I have barely been spending any time with little Riley. He's definitely getting the short-end of the parenting stick. Poor Riley deserves every bit of attention that the older two received, such as reading storybooks, singing songs, playing games and cuddling. My solution is to block off Riley-only time on the weekends. However, as I talk about in this video, it's next to impossible to hold a camera in one hand and control this rambunctious toddler with the other. That's why there's been very little videos recently devoted to my Rilesy. Fortunately for me, I was able to enlist the help of my reliable 7-year old daughter Mina. Being a parent of 3 is incredibly challenging, and with Riley entering the dreaded "Terrible Twos", it's only going to get harder. But as you can probably tell, I am loving every minute of it! Each of my 3 kids are very different, and I celebrate their uniqueness. Riley is a fun-loving, fearless kid with boundless curiosity. He has a healthy appetite and he knows how to use his killer smile to get away with antics. He's also entering an interesting developmental stage where he's starting to mimic the sounds that he hears. It's a mishmash of English and Japanese, but his comprehension level has impressed me so far! I can't wait to hear more of what he has to say.

初めてコメントします。 いつも楽しく拝見させてもらってます。 うちも子供が三人で、子育ての悩みや忙しさ、共感できる部分があり、自分だけじゃないんだ。みんないろいろ考えながらながら、毎日過ごしているんだなあ。と安心させてもらってます。かなりの忙しさだとは思いますが、動画アップ、ありがとうございます。これからも楽しみにしています。無理をせずに頑張ってください。

Wow!Riley has grown up so much! Surprised to see Mina that she has grown up to be a big help😊I sometimes can see Teito in Riley the way he reacts to things❤ cute kids❤

Thank you!! I know what you mean about the brothers. I always thought they look very different but I'm starting to see some resemblance. 😆 The kiddos are grow up so fast, don't they?

Well done, Big sister ! If possible, I would to invite Mina to be my assistant helping play with my daughter similar age with Riley. Lol. Anyway a huge thumbs up.❤

Thank you! It was SO helpful having an assistant 😁 I'm sure she gets tired of playing the big sister role sometimes, but she is so dependable. I can't help but rely on her when looking after my super energetic 1.5 year old!
