It might limit the natural movement of a minnow. If you downsized the rattles and the spook, it might be better. You can also slide the spook down a little and that will allow the minnow to swim more freely. I may try it in a future video, but I'll down size everything. I was going to try this with some large bunker when I fish in salt, but they are 6-8 inches long. I don't think this would limit their movement as much.
