The scooter is very heavy, and the turning radius is big therefore inconvenient. The biggest issue is after sales service. You will not get after-sales service. My vehicle suddenly stopped in the middle of the road n had to toe to the showroom, this ocuurs after 28days after purchase. It took 4 days huge mental stress, fight showroom guys as no one was ready to explain the problem. Finally, it was scary as they said it might happen again due to some software issue. If you want no mental stress avoid Bajaj EV. I am totally disappointed.

Brother, thanks for your comment about the experience with Bajaj Chetak EV… I agree with you… this could much happened with you… & of course this EV thing is new to this automobile industry, these all company is experimenting on this technology… so there is higher chance to face this problems… we all have seen OLA also about the fire in battery… but not happening the same incident with everyone…!!! I’m not defending Bajaj but Might possible you got the defective peace…!!! & you have full right to fight against it… but if we talk about these big brands mistakes so definitely they won’t accept that there is a problem in their product… but I’m sure you will get the solution of your problem soon… as you have paid your heard-earn money in that… good luck 🤞

@@TheVikrantVlogs Yes I can understand the issues with new technology, but there should be proper company support and assistance given by Bajaj. Rather we get humiliated after sales, no proper answer or solutions. We are common man we have many other jobs to do, how one can xpect you will run behind them begging them to solve problems and that too with the new vehicle. This just has not happened with me, I saw 5 more customers experiencing similar issues like me. And the biggest part when I contacted the company, 5 days now reply. After which just sorry causal email and they r done with there part. Is this the way to deal with the issues?

Hai bro… but use activate karne ke liye “tech pack” Lena padta hai jiska cost around 3,000/- extra pay Karna padta hai…!!!

Yes brother I believe ye TVS se acchi isiliye hai kyunki Chetak me 2.9 KW ki battery hai… & iski range 123 km hai… jabki TVS base model me 2.2 KW ki battery hai… & TVS ki range sirf 95-100 km hai…

Brother real world range depends on riding skills also… Baaki certified range is 123 km is achievable at normal speed… I must say ki this is better then old & iQube. 👍😊

Few differences are there Like (1). in Premium & Urban like Premium offers 3.2 kWh battery but Urban offers 2.9 kWh battery. I.e jisme hame premium model me 10-15 km ki jyada range milti hai… so it’s up to your uses. In fact top speed dono me same hai. (2). Premium me aapko thoda sa fast charger milta hai like premium me 800 W charger & Urben me 650 W charger. (3). There is a display difference in The Chetak Premium 2024 boasts a square-shaped 5-inch TFT screen displaying music, calls, and directions, offering a more aesthetically pleasing design than the Urbane's round LCD display, though preferences for looks are subjective. (4). TecPac: Bajaj also offering an optional TecPac for the Chetak Premium, available for purchase on the company's website. The TecPac enables users to enjoy features like turn-by-turn (TBT) navigation, music playback control, call alerts, and personalization of the display theme according to their preferences. (5). Colors: The Chetak Urbane will be available in coarse grey, cyber white, brooklyn black, and indigo metallic blue. The Chetak Premium will be offered in hazelnut, indigo metallic blue, and brooklyn black. (6). Last but not the least there is a major difference in pricing in Premium & urbane. I.e premium is costing more around Rs. 25,000/- then Urbane. Without TechPack.

Brother… I found there is not much needed of tech pack. I have ride around 100km & speed is good, range is achievable, pick-up also good. If you don’t want to invest extra 3,000/- that’s also worth. 👍😊

Scooter achhha hai no doubt , but service nhi hai , inke paas staff hi nhi hai , or gadiya bik rhi hai khoob , experts hi nhi hai...Ola jaisa hi haal ho rha hai ab

Ye toh koi technical faulty lag raha hai… aap ek baar earthing check karwa lijiye… ya fir charger ko earthing deke ek baar charge karke dekhiye…!!!
