六合 LiuHe "Six Harmony" can be separated into:
External 3 Linking(Harmony):
- Shoulders link with Hip 肩與骻合
- Elbows link with Knees 肘與膝合
- Hands link with Feet 手與足合
Internal 3 Linking(Harmony):
- Heart links with Mind 心與意合
- Mind links with Chi 意與氣合
- Chi links with Strength 氣與力合

Linking or harmony, it depends on how you read „he“. Orally it cannot be differentiated, but when you write it down one has two characters with the same pronunciation: one meaning linking, one meaning harmony.

Is it different from Lu He? I've seen some people use this too, the character he is still the same as harmony but it's not Liu for 6 but using Lu. I've seen some articles from Ma Mingda also using Luhe character not Liuhe.

I think it’s just matter of how the spelling to make the sounding of the mandarin phrase. I’d say Lu He or LiuHe are the same thing.
