Today recipe is simple, quick and light but at the same time good and tasty!
These are breaded and baked Calamari with the addition of Cherry Tomatoes and Olives for a complete and healthy dish!
As mentioned in the video you can use both fresh and frozen Calameri!

Ingrediants:
1 kg of Calamari (fresh or frozen)
150 - 200 g Breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons semolina flour (optional)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
10 Cherry Tomatoes
20 Black olives
Extra virgin olive oil
Garlic, Parsley, Salt and Pepper
