Baked green beans in the oven are easy to prepare and very tasty. You can add some other vegetables, but we like it this way.

Ingredients and preparation:
500 g of green beans
3 small onions
2 carrots
100 g of meaty bacon
3 cloves of garlic
3 eggs
100 g of sour cream
250 ml of milk
parsley, myrrh
salt, pepper, and red pepper
Stew chopped onion and carrot, add bacon and 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper. Then add green beans and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 15 minutes. After that, pour a little water to cover and cook everything for another 20 minutes, until the green beans are soft. Then transfer to a refractory dish and cover with a mixture of eggs, cream, and milk. Bake everything for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Pleasant!
