Ingredients:
1 kg of frozen hake
120ml of oil
1.5 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of salty vegetable's spice
100g of wheat flour
1 spoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika
1 teaspoon of souvlaki seasoning (optional) or another mixture of spices
How to make:
Defrost the fish, wash it, then dry it with kitchen papper. Cut it in half and clean it of entrails and fins.
In a deep plate, mix flour, salt, allspice, vegetables and seasoning for souvlaki.
Pour about 100ml of oil on the bottom of the tray (to cover the bottom).
Roll each piece of fish in a mixture of flour and spices, then arrange on an oiled baking sheet.
Spray the fish with a little oil (about 20ml).
Bake the fish in an oven heated to 200°C for 20 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven, turn the fish to the other side, and bake for another 20 minutes.
