Looks great! I have a question. What happens to the boneless beef and the pork shoulder that went into the tomato sauce?

You eat it on its own or with some pasta or with whatever side you like. This flavors the sauce so that you can use the sauce for multiple recipes. You will still have sauce leftover to make another dish.

We always just ate it on the side. In fact, as a kid, we would often fight over who got the meat! My grandmother would cut it up so we all had some! And after cooking in the sauce, it's so tender! This man makes me smile and reminisce about younger days!
