Great, I use parchment paper to keep the foil after it heat up from getting into the food.

Sorry, I'm just getting back to you. You can just use foil. I use parchment paper because when the oven gets hot, the foil gets into your food. I noticed it once when I cooked some bake spaghetti it had small particles of foil in it.

You don’t need that Parchment paper it works well with foil you will get the same results she is the only one I seen using that paper, but people make them in different ways 😊

I cover with foil and parchment paper because foil at a high temperature gets into your food, and it is not good to digest. I cook speggetti with only foil it was small piece of foil in my speggetti.
