Baked streamers aubergines 🍆

The aubergines in the carriage are delicious despite being cooked in the oven, a tasty and streamlined filling filled between two slices of eggplant, easy and fast to do!
The aubergines are seasonally and lend themselves to be prepared in a thousand ways to have to have, this version of the advice is good and light!

2 aubergines
200 g mozzarella
100 g Raw Ham (or Speck or Cooked Prosciutto)
Bread crumbs
2 eggs
Salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil
