✔️ Ingredients:
2 medium-large zucchini (about 600g)
Potatoes 2 (270g)
Parmesan 40g
Bread crumbs
Whole mozzarella 1
40g grated mozzarella
Tuna in oil 80g
Aromatic herbs (or parsley)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Olive oil
Parmesan on the surface
Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes, then after stuffing them put them back in the oven at 180 ° C for another 25 minutes.
