I love your videos. Keep up the good work. Very clean and detailed. Question though, whenever i bake or jerk chicken, it stick to the foil eventhough i grease it. Yes i bake at the temperature you suggest

Sometimes that happens because the surface has dried out a bit. Try parchment paper or use a baking dish or you could add a few tsps of water to the tray. I often use foil because cleanup is so much easier 😁 and it can handle the heat.
