Respectfully suggest mixing the olive oil with your seasoning blend and then tasting it before adding your turkey. This way you know what it needs such as salt sugar, etc. If your seasoning tastes great, the turkey will taste great but once it’s on the turkey you can’t taste it until it’s too late lol.
