I'm Lao-American, and I've been living in America for over 35 years, but this song and other Voradeth songs brought me back to my birth city (Thakhek) and Laos every time I listened to them. This year I made two trips to Thakhek. I have much respect to Ai Voradeth: the best Lao songs writer and singer ever.

Peakarach! Look at Voradeth, I believe he is at least 60 something year-old. So does his voice changes by age and time, but I still like him singing more than Tom Rainbow though.
