About "Qalandar".. its quite deep and folk based drama.. although a simple writing, but still touching the psychology and natural behavioral changes of people in our society. Heroine is qalandar, not just because her prayers are answered but her heart is so clean. And madam @RubinaAshraf g, she has been shown to pray for her on and off also.!!. plus.. every prayer has an answer, whether its quick or delayed. This is what the reality and concept of true believers is. There was playback song saying 'heelay hain ye sb toba k' so.. these are the hardships you have to face in way of your faith, to get you and your imaan more strong. Her prayers will be answered, otherwise drama might have ended by now.. Last thing, criticising the makeup of village girl...this is what we call "paindu"

In this epi you said Yumna ke basic expressions h wahi sab jagah istemal krti.. I just want to say that Phir aapne kaam dekha hi nahi go watch inkaar Ishq Zahenaseeb sinfeaahan Dil na umeed to nahi Dar Si jati hai sila and many more then decide whether she has same expression or not. It seems like it's very easy to target Yumna without any reason be it for Bakhtawar and tere bin or on her age. It's a matter of shame that that's how seniors treating their junior counterparts without even watching her body of work. And coming to rubina jee.. Jo khud ke drama Ruswai pe crticism bardasht nahi kar saki thi we saw everything what happened that time now unnecessarily criticising Yumna or other. Constructive criticism is always OK but what is happening here with Yumna is completely ridiculous she is looking stale on screen.. She can't do glam role.. Her age and what not. I have never seen this kind of targeted criticism on any actress who contributed a lot in the industry through meaningful content by fellow industry ppl. Just one advice keep your biasness aside and go Google her shows and watch her playing Shakra or Hajra or Sumbul etc. If you can't do this then don't talk about her previous works and range of expression as aapne dekha nahi hai sara.

I like Qalandar, it’s a guilty pleasure because as a viewer I like seeing simple basic stories and characters. Flaws are easily ignored because it’s irrelevant really. We see such people around us especially those from rural/upstart mindsets. I think casting is great even the city wife, I’ve seen upstarts who are exactly like that in their mannerisms. I think her acting is better than Mueeb Butt in many scenes actually. Muneeb has a total of two expressions throughout. I am rooting for Ali Abbas and Komal, good performances by both

It is a good show, something different, having said that some times I feel there is a favouritism and prejudice. For example giving 9 to faisal qureshi for his acting in furq. Atiqa criticism on yemna's age and on her acting. There are many actresses who are playing character of a young girl. Yemna is doing very well in bakhtawer. In teray bin her makeup and dressing are horrible. Saying that yemna acting depends on director is really not fair. Beside of course it is director job to use the talent of the actor. Atiqa is very good actress but she herself did same kind of acting in her different dramas like humsufer, and now in meri shahzadi.
