Just close ur eyes and tell ur mind that u r strongest. Do it 1000 times daily. Exercise a lot and don't fight anyone until necessary. But when u will fight it will be like yujiro Edit: its similar to placebo effect. Convince ur mind u are strongest and its already done

@Sameer Khan the childhood of yujiro and baki is very different. Yujiro's father never inspired him to fight or tell him to defeat him. So, yujiro just wanted to be like his father but never fought his father before getting really strong. He was naturally strong and that's why he was never defeated and so that his mindset grew of being the strongest. You also can be strong like yujiro and baki. Potential of humans is infinite and only god is beyond infinity. So to be like yujiro means that being in your full limit. Repeat the words like strength, I am the strongest,etc. while doing meditation. Now part of becoming strong. Yujior was combination of all character's speacial abilities. Gaia: controlled adrenaline. Adrenaline can make u super strong but it also harms muscles and destroys tendons at 100%. But really helpful in emergency situations. So, you can imagine fighting a lion while closing ur eyes and sitting. Doing this daily will help visualise with more concentration and u will be at some point able to unleash your full power. Then, Gaia's breathing technique, that is taken from pranayam. You can search it in youtube. Oxygen is main source of energy and the more it is the more beneficial. Kureha shinogi's research shows to improve in every aspect. Be it strength, endurance, reflexes, etc. And every character in baki if you observe nicely reveals something. Learn from them

@Sameer Khan once scientists did a research about visualisation. They took 3 groups of basketball players. And tell them to shoot at the basket. They did. Then they divided them into 3. One has to practice daily. Second group has to visualise. Third group has to do nothing. After a month, the one who practiced shooting basketball improved 24%. The one who didn't do anything didn't improved at all. And the one who visualised improved 23%. So, u see how important visualisation is. Learn techniques from different martial arts and visualise them daily. It is of great help

Seriously Baki hit me like no other show ever did, I've picked up boxing because of it, optimized my diet, and taken working out seriously. The biggest thing for me was finding I was capable, and possibly the first in the world to achieve/film the Baki thumb pose in the lotus position, I took that as a sign, that, at the least I have great potential. Btw I did make that video for any skeptics.
