When they bumped fists it was a deal they made “no techniques just keep punching each other till one of us falls” pickle got tired of being punched and used aikido, a technique, to knock Baki out. They have another altercation and Baki nearly breaks his jaw like a couple weeks later right before he starts going all out against yujiro.
