What are they making in the big pot over the fire? My guess was that they are making jam from berries - am I right?

hello.No , it’s a kind of sauce making from wild plums. village people collected this plum from jungle then make this sauce for making food. in fact this sauce use in food.I make several videos about this process. some of this video published and some of them will publish very soon.I hope enjoy from my real village life.Thanks for your good looking!
