Hello how are you? you don't have to use the fresh coconut, you can buy the unsweetened one in the store in the baking section, it comes out just as good!!

3 tasse de farine tout usage 2 cuillères à café de levure chimique 1 cuillères à café de bicarbonate de soude 1 cuillères à café de noix de muscade 1 cuillères à café de cannelle en Poudre 1/2 cuillères à café de sel 1 tasse de cassonade 2 Oeufs 1 tasse de beurre fondu 1 cuillères à café soupe de Vanille 2 tasse de noix de coco râpee de ou 2 tasse noix de coco désséchee moyenne non sucée 1 cuillères à soupe de rhum (facultatif) Temps de préparation/cuisson: 45 minutes - 1 heure @ 350F Amuse toi mon ami!!
