Baking tips 1. Use melted butter (not hot) or use room temperature butter when mixing dry ingredients with wet ingredients. 2. Do not continuously beat the mixture, it makes the dough tough. 3. Rub flour on the rolling pin when rolling out dough mix, it keeps it from sticking to the dough. 4. Always put in the oven for the least amount of time on the box and check then add a couple minutes each time until complete. Remember you can always add time and bake longer, you can never take time away from over baked goodies
