Bake 375° for 10-12 Minutes

Your KitchenAid mixer beater can be adjusted to go lower in your bowl. That may help your stuck on the bottom problem. I have my mother in law’s 5 qt mixer that is 40 years old. It still works great!! Thank you for all the great recipes! I love your channel!

The screw to adjust the height of the beater on a KitchenAid stand mixer is located in the joint where the mixer's head pivots. To access the screw, you can: Unplug the mixer Remove any attachments Tilt the mixer's head back and remove the beater Use a flat-head screwdriver to turn the screw a quarter-turn at a time

For those of you with Kitchenaid mixers, they now sell a mixing blade that has rubber on the edges that acts like a spatula to prevent stuff from collecting on the sides and bottom. You have to make sure you get the right one as the size differs depending on the model.

I dip the fork in granulated sugar before making cross hatch marks. It helps keep it from sticking.

Hi, when I score my cookies, I take a small dish of sugar about 1/4 to 1/2 cup. Dip the fork prior to marking each cookie. It is something my mom taught me as a small child. Fond memories, how about your memories with all of the children. Passing your moms tricks or short cuts and your own?! I always feel like I'm in the kitchen with you. Hope you like the hint. When you do a double batch have a side bowl on the side put the extra ingredients in it, than transfer that batch to the mixer bowl, that way it be ready for you!

There are a lot of u-tubers who have the Bosch mixer, I think it can do 6 loaves of bread at a time, its probably about the same price as the Vevor one. Maybe see what the reviews are for that.

Renea...please look at the Bosch or at least the NutriMill Artiste. You will never need to buy another mixer! I have the NutriMill and I can make at least 3 loaves of bread at a time. Please just do some research. I have a KA mixer that I use for light jobs. You can also buy a paddle for your KA that has rubber on the sides that will scrape the sides of the bowl. We love you guys!

to get your KitchenAid to last longer replace the grease in the head and the internal gasket kitchenid now recommends replacing the grease every year it is not hard to do, lots of KZbin videos on how to.

Dear Friend, I’ve had my kitchen Aide mixer a bit longer than you have and it’s till going strong. If you think about the price you paid for it, verses the price of the one you want that is so much larger, the cost is about the same or a little less.
