I FINALLY DID IT Camila!!! With your guidance, I did it!! Well, the Macs did it, but I between your experience and guidance and my constant fear(ha ha) WE DID IT!! pretty little feeties, smooth shells, no cracerons! First off, I’d like to say you did an amazing job for your first live you tube video. I missed you live but saw this today. You are very informative and helpful. Truly appreciate that you share your recipes. I have been subscribed to your channel for a while now and love all your videos. I find your voice very calming too. My macs are in the oven now , I’ll see how they turn out. Thank you again for sharing .

Today I followed along with this video and my macs turned out great!! Thank you for mentioning that people in desert states should probably not use egg white powder. I used the powder the last time I made them and it was a total flop. Today I used the flour, sifter and thermometer you recommended. But I know my success was you guiding me the whole way! So now every time I make macs I will have to follow along with this video...my good luck charm! Thank you again for sharing ALL your videos

Hi camila! Its realy great to find this video about your macaron tech. Im now a new fan and sub from the philippines, i think 8 out of 10x ive tried making this majority i failed… I would like to make video wth your tech for others to try also because here our weather is very humid , i would def give this a try ! Oi Camila., acabei de olhar no seu canal, vc eh brasileira, urruuuuu!!! Eu também vivo aki e amo fazer macarons, só que eu não consegui fazer com sua receita mais de qualquer forma eles ficaram gostosos!! Fiz o de café, vou tentar mais vezes.. meu forno não ajuda, eh convection, mais não segura a temperatura e fica com buraco dentro! Espero consegui fazer da próxima vez!!!❤

I am just now starting macarons. I have your book, and I'm following this video and the book as well for plain Mac shells. Your book says 325°. This video says 300° to 310°. What is the right internal temp to bake at? Low and slow? Testing at 300° for abt 15 min..... thanks!

In oven for baking macrons we need to give heat only towards down or both side

It depends on your oven, experiment with different settings and find out which one gives the best results.

Hi sorry camila i answer this one on your berhalf but yes its possible. Ive tried them. 90°c for 3-4 mins but depends on how wet is your batter but usually i do 50°c for 1 hr. I rotate the tray after 30 mins. Hope it helps!
