Hi Evie, My name is Michelle and I’m 23 years old, I wanted reach out to you and personally thank you for all of the guidance and advice you have bestowed upon me. There aren’t enough words to describe how much your videos have helped me over the years. You seem like a super fun person to be around. This week I finally got the chance to get your book. I am so grateful for all you do for the Tourette’s and PANDAS community and the positive impact you made and continue to make in my life. I love your baking videos! Just bc I feel like this would be useful: if you cover egg in salt it absorbs the gelatinous bits and makes it a LOT easier to clean up. just incase bc cleaning egg really is annoying 😂💜

Can I just say when backing a cake, everything is equal measures like if you use 6 oz of sugar then the butter, eggs and flour will all be the same weight, and cake mix is delicious lol 😊
