Audrey and Spencer are so nice, they reply to so many comments! Also just so you know sugar should have probably been creamed together with the butter in a bowl, and then you should have added the eggs, milk, food coloring, and the vanilla extract to the sugar and butter. And then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Love your videos so much 💘. Also props to you guys for trying this, baking can be super hard even with a recipe.

Ahhh school work takes for ever, Btw the Baking powder helps the Cake/baked treat rise as well as the flower but it helps it be fluffy and puff up!

Heres a tip combine your butter and sugars together In a separate bowl is your dry ingredients ie flour, baking soda/baking powder and salt Eggs add one at a time Vanilla usually gets added after the eggs Don’t over mix add dry to the wet in sections ie not all at once Also if a recipe ask no salt butter but you only have regular butter then use the regular butter and don’t add the salt.

Hi Audj and Spencer! I know Im a bit late, but something you could do with the cake is continue baking it, and even if it's dry, just add icing or pudding or something, and make cake pops for the family, or just yourselves, haha

Usually when I bake anything I put in the wet ingredients first which including sugar. Maybe next time you guys should try add the wet ingredients first. Love you guys!!! 😊

When you are making a cake you are supposed to make the dry stuff in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another then once the wet mixture is all mixed in a different bowl then pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients then mix and I am pretty sure you supposed to cook it for about 30minutes to so you know for next time i❤️ubtw
