hi Dareell. During the initial interview I had, i was asked about my internet connection, my back up wifi and devices, if i wanted a full time or a part time job, but nothing was asked about my PAWS. I was told that she will be checking the result of my initial assessment, the form you have on your website. i received an email later that day telling me i failed the initial interview. my question is this. why was I sent an intial interview invitation if I failed the initial assessment? why not send me an email telling me that I failed the initial assessment. why does cyberbacker still went for the intial interview with me? i waited for 2 1/2 hours just to be asked about about my internet connection. cyberbacker should have been honest on the very first instance you received the form. I suggest that your process should be changed. If an applicant fails the initial assessment tell that applicant and not let the applicant go through the initial interview anymore. i felt that cyberbacker was tripping me out with the initial interview.

Hi po. I just had an initial interview done. And ang tanong lang sakin is kung meron akong back up internet, computer and the info about my equipment. Also I was asked if there's something that would stop me from doing my job. Walang mga questions na tell me something about yourself and follow-up questions. Normal lang po ba na ganun ang set of questions kahit initial interview palang?
