Grabe, natanggal talaga iyong tinik sa dibdib ko ng makita si Sato san. Akala ko another Ced era na naman. I wonder kapag nakabalik na si Jema para maglaro sa Creamline, imagine ginawa siyang Libero sa Alas therefore may dalawa ng Libero sa loob ng court para sa Creamline during their game. Very basic. For sure, no choice nasa Alas. Ang dami na nilang spikers kaya iyong iba converted na like Ybañez sa mens team tapos ngayon si Galanza. Inimembrace naman nilang pareho iyong position. Support nalang! Hoping na mag shine sila kahit ano pa ang ibigay sa kanila.

In my opinion, the head coach does not have to explain anything and justify his decisions to other people, including the fans. He/she, together with the rest of the coaching staff have worked on the team for the past months or years now, and they will use their knowledge, wisdom and skills to do what they think is best for the team, in terms of the team's overall performance, projections for the future, and health of the players. Even if the fans are well-meaning, and of course are free to give their opinions, i think ultimately, the coaching staff should not feel pressured to give in to external, especially uninformed "demands." They alone, together with the stakeholders and leading agencies, are tasked to make the important adjustments as they see fit. Trying to please and accommodate everybody is just a recipe for chaos. Do we see the Gilas or Azkals management giving in to fan demands? Or take for example club teams in highly competitive leagues such as the NBA or English football league, they have an internal evaluation system, and I don't think they let the social media sphere affect how they run the team practices and composition. Also, the coach, and even players,might consider not giving too many interviews, just keep a low profile, keep focused on the tasked at hand, and let the official spokespersons give a written official statement. Much simpler, organized, and less prone to misinterpretations.
