Pero ang alam natin yung mga nakaupo sa pwesto ay meron ng mga records na pagnanakaw kaya dapat ang mamamayan ay maging mapagmasid sa ginagawang mga palipatlipat ng pondo, dahil diyan madaling makapagnakaw. Tulad na lang ang ginawa sa Pharmally at sa DEPED. Kung si Dr. Leachon ay meron din nagawang corruption, dapat rin imbestigahan. At the end of the day, pera ng mga PhilHealth members at ng taong bayan ang kanilang ninanakaw kaya dapat mag boses ang mamamayan.

Hello sa mga Team replay. Thank you Sir Christian for inviting Dr. Leachon at Maraming Salamat din sa mga petitioners. Kayo po ang boses namin na tutulan ang pagkuha nila sa excess funds ng PhilHealth para gamiting sa unprogrammed appropriations. Pera ito ng mga member at narapat na gamitin para sa ikakabuti ng kalusugan ng mga mamamayan lalo na ng mga nagbabayad. Dapat talaga dagdagan ng Philhealth ang benefits na dapat tangapin ng mga member tulad ng sinabi ni Dr. Leachon isama na rin ang diagnosis kahit annual man lang. Magamit din kahi out patient at di kailangan ma-confine pa para mapakinabangan ang kakarampot na binabawas sa hospital bill. Malaki po ang 5% na binabawas nila sa amin pero ni di mo maramdaman na nakakatulong kundi ka pa mararatay sa hospital.

Napakadaming dapat baguhin sa mga polisiya ng Philhealth. Kulang na kulang ang pakinabang na nakukuha ng mga active members sa ahensiyang iyan. Mas marami pa nga nakakalibre kapag hindi active member, isang hulog lang libre na. Kawawa din naman kaming buwan-buwan naghuhulog dahil automatic ang kaltas sa sweldo, kami pa itong wala masyadong pakinabang. Maganda yung suggestion ni Dr. Leachon na hindi lang sa hospital confinement mapapakinabangan ang contribution, dapat sa consultation at laboratory rin.
