Super love this dessert. Had it for the 1st time when my supervisor at Costco who’s arab made baklava and gave us some as holiday present. Super sarap. She ended up giving me more because I kept telling her the whole day how yummy it was. 💚

Chef RV, parang nabasa mo ang isip ko dahil for the past week, panay baklava videos yung pinapanood ko...May Turkish, Lebanese, Syrian, Greek Moroccan, at napaka sophisticated ng method at ingredients ng paggawa, lalung-lalo na yung napaka hirap na proseso sa paggawa ng filo pastry. Sa Turkey, ang gaganda ng bakery displays ng baklava at mechanized na silang gumawa. Very modern.
