Kako napraviti baklavu a da bude i ukusna i bogata a i da lijepo izgleda?!
Nije problem. Samo nam trebaju kvalitetni sastojci i mnooogo ljubavi. I strpljenje.
Kod baklave nema žurbe. Ona mora da se "tišti" dugo na laganoj vatri. Izrežite je kako najbolje znate. I uživajte.
Baklava je kraljica kolača i ona zaslužuje poseban tretman i priliku da se pokaže. Pokažite je i vi prvom prilikom.
Promjer tepsije 28 cm.
Baklavu peći oko sat i pol na oko 170 stepeni. Zavisno od jačine vaše rerne. Pazite da ne izgori.
Sastojci:
- 1/2 kg jufke
- 250 gr putera
- 600 gr mljevenih oraha
- 100 gr sjeckanih oraha
- 3 kašike šećera
Agda:
- 700 gr šećera
- 800 ml vode
- 2 kriške limuna
Agdu kuhati 20 minuta.
Hladnom agdom zaliti vruću baklavu!
