He won both battles in Earth (against Fabia, which, yes, was not a great fighter at the time, but also against Shun and Linus - number 2 best brawler on Earth at the time and a member of Neathia's guard). He also didn't fail to bring the Battle Brawlers to the Gundalian's side by not defending Ren. That was Ren's fault. Ren and Sid were the only ones who actually failed the missions that the Major Twelve Orders sent for them. Zeneth did too but no one but Ren knew at the time (She tried to take Drago in episode 13, but only Ren knew the plan and he didn't tell anyone else). So in my book only Ren and Sid should be punished.
