bakugan ultra are more advanced models of bakugan, hence the phrase "ultra". All bakugan ultras come with an ability card and game rules unlike normal core bakugan

Ultra bakugan are ones that jump and others are just normal ones, ultras come with 2 cards instead of 1 they do have a slight price difference, its not because you go them from different shops

I played the legacy game, and I'm thinking of getting into the reboot TCG. The Bakugan in the reboot are divided into two styles, Core and Ultra. Core Bakugan are known for being completely spherical when folded up and having no manual parts, and Ultra Bakugan are known for having their magnets everywhere except the bottom.

I know I'm 6 months late, but I would like to clarify things so that everyone is well-informed. The normal/core Bakugan and Bakugan Ultra can BOTH be found in any retailer that carries Bakugan. Bakugan Ultra cost $9.99 while normal/core Bakugan cost $7.99. Bakugan Ultra come with another card meant to be used in the full TCG, and have manual transformation pieces, where as normal/core Bakugan don't have the additional card, and are fully automatic most of the time, with normal/core Hydorous and Trox being some of the few exceptions. The Baku-cores don't have magnets in them, only ferromagnetic metal, the Bakugan are the ones with the magnets inside, just like in the original series. For those who don't know what ferromagnetic metals are, think of your refrigerator and how magnets stick to the metal on it, but not on metals like aluminum cans or foil. The magnets can only stick to a metal that is ferromagnetic, while non-ferromagnetic metals like aluminum can't hold a magnet. Ventus is now the Nature element, with Subterra being replaced with Aurelus, pronounced oar-el-us, is a golden element that functions differently from the other 5. Dan Kuzo's name is not pronounced cow-zo, it's pronounced like koo-zo. Hydorous is pronounced high-dor-us. Cyndeous is pronounced Sin-dee-us.

I used to love bakugan when I was 4 or 5. I had a whole collection of them some of them being official toys, and some of them being Chinese...bootleg-like bakugans. My favourite was and is Dragonoid, Dan Kuzo used to be my favourite character in the animé, and also Marucho with his bakugan (can't remember his name but he had a power that he could change his element and he looked like a fish person)

Core Bakugan and Ultra Bakugan are not store exclusive... Cores are simple close and Ultras are hard close with Jumping action when they open, still a good unboxing regardless though...

6:47 Nah man. they are called ultra because they are more complex in there peice makeup. Most Bakugan stay round or mostly round, but Ultras actually fold out to make little figures. A regular bakugan is called a Core Bakugan. Trox actually has a Ultra AND a Core version of himself.

It does not depend on the store you get it from and the hydrous is not core aruluis but its aquos and cydeous is core pyrus and if it says a faction before its name it's not in its core and the highest in difficulty is 3.1 day after writing this.Aruluis was originally subterra but they folded it into ventus because no one bought the bakugan in subterra
