Masks are what you could call my confidence boost, some people find it weird that I wear a face mask and sometimes even say “Take off your mask, you don’t need to wear it anymore…” but I wear it for my confidence not to avoid getting covid. I feel weird not wearing a mask in public spaces due to my lack in confidence of my appearance and also because face masks are more of a fashion thing for me too… thank you for the compliment!

I suffered from anorexia when I was 15. People called me fat because of it. I suffered for years til my family and teachers at school supported me. Remember, you're beautiful as you are. Be comfortable with your body, shape, size. Look in a mirror in the bathroom or bedroom and say I'm beautiful, I'm stronger than this. Repeat this every morning, eat what you can. Yoga helps too. It helped me so why not you? Try it, it help wonders.

Honestly, I had a similar condition to this before. In middle school, because of all the bullying and mental abuse at home, my depression got so bad that I stopped eating pretty much completely and one day I had to get sent to the nurse’s office because my blood sugar was so low I nearly passed out.

Been through this from an ED perspective but now that I’ve recovered from that I have POTS (a chronic fainting condition triggered by irregular blood pressure and heart rate and all that jazz). My metabolism is awesome so much so to the point where I was a toothpick for the first 12 years of my life my mom would always let me eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted so I gained a lot of weight well not really but to me it’s too much my arms are so thin and my legs are also really thin but my stomach is chubby I have been unhealthy binge eating for like 5 years and it’s bothering me also ever since I was young I was often body shamed for being so skinny so now I feel like being skinny is what I should be since I don’t know who or what I am so now I want to be thin to feel like a have a purpose. I just realized how long this reply is uhmm I guess I low key have a problem but oh well
