Song speaks of 2 people in love.. from a man's perspective asking his love to come and sit with him in the shade, loving her as she is, no matter what she works, owns, wears, looks like telling her this shade is owned by no one.. telling her that regardless of their friends (who in the song he says are common friends) and makes a joke that some of them are lovely friends and others annoying.. that regardless of everything or anything, he loves her... It is a famous Lebanese old song, and Zeyne is Palestinian Jordanian singing the cover and she did a phenomenal job ... My sister (we are Palestinian Jordanian as well like Zeyne) recently got married to a Lebanese guy and we played this song as an ode of these nationalities coming together with pure love...
