Made my day. The thaakam of the neraval and swarajs will stay for a couple of days at least. Thank you for sharing this wonderful piece of music.

Captivatingly beautiful neraval from Sanjay Subrahmanyan and Nagai Muralidharan. What stands out through the whole performance is the dignified economy of Thanjavur Ramdas's playing, never once cutting into the creative stream but always content to provide intelligent accompaniment. At the risk of incurring the displeasure of Mani Iyer's fans, I'd say that Ramdas was better at non-intrusively accompanying great music than his guru was.

yes sir, your assessment on Thanjavur Ramdas is spot on.....he constantly manifests laya magnificence while accentuating the emotional strains of the bhava....truly intelligent accompaniment.

Total involvement and gusto are the hallmarks of dear Sanjay. The Accompaniments have again proved to be an asset. Delightful Bhairavi. Soothing feeling.

While the krithi is rendered with respect to that majestic composer befitting the ragam, the niraval that brings the magudam to the song is just spellbinding - bow to the great artists on stage
