The first one you picked the cone up in your right hand, transferred it to your left handand placed it down. Olly picked it up with his right hand andmade it difficult by keeping it in his right hand and trying to reach over and put it down. Keep the videos coming.

Hi Emma, i need something like step by step manual i can use for my 7 year old, something that has right from warm ups, drills like yours, how to rally all the way to finishing the game, i would like to coach my son in an organized way like you're doing, can you post a detailed WRITTEN step by step instruction if you have any or if you have none, which manual/book would you recommend? thank you
