I wonder if you have a method to add battery capacity to the balance board yet? I notice on the opposite side from the battery there appears to be space where another battery could be added in series and possibly extend the range/riding time pretty significantly. Seems plausible that a lead could be run through the pivot of the board. Seems like the extra battery wouldn't adversely affect stability and add just a little weight. Is that something you might be willing to try? If not, could you suggest a battery with the form factor required so I could try it myself please? Helpful video!

Hey. I'm having the same problem with my hoverboard, but this is on the opposite sensor and not on the side that you are fixing. I have tried looking for a spare part for the other side as they are minor differences in the wiring. If there is anyone with any suggestions or links, I will defiantly appreciate it.

hey! the problem im having is both the blue lights stay on, on each side. when i turn it on and get on it it doesnt balance nor go forward.. will replacing the sensor do that trick ? it worked fine. but the calibration was off so i reseted it like 3 times. and then boom it doesnt work anymore. i hope u reply

Hello I need help so my light is just like the one you have in your first video but both lights are on like that so I took it apart like your video say and removed everything but it's still not working and then there is a red light flashing on the inside of it after I took it apart any help??

The board you pointed out inside the motor is not the tilt sensor! That is the hall sensors for the motor, it tells the motherboard where the motor is in its rotation. The board you replaced is the gyroscope and activation board. It measures the angle of the board.

Yeh the one I got the sensors am on the 2 controller PCBs and the flat edge of the motors mount is facing down but like this issue one motor works if I tilt the controller's it trys to change direction just can't get em both to run need that balance bypass cus I'm converting a mobility scooter nightmare lol

I fell about 4 times outside (stumble/small crash) and I recalibrated and it's fine but the 4th time the red circle (indication that needs re calibration) kept appearing and if I step on the first pad works but the second doesn't and if I switch same thing HELP!!

I notice all the repair videos are boards with a main circuit board and two balance boards. I have the cheap board with just two boards. is there any repair for these boards? Can I upgrade my balance board with your kit? The sticker on the bottom of the board says Chic. The front of the board says Zipcraft. Its a cheap board all plastic. It only worked for 14 days.

I got a brand new board from China and I feel that it's too sensitive about going left/right, making it difficult to go straight line. It's quite dangerous when I go a little fast and the board suddenly and slightly turns. I don't think my feet changes position or even if they do, it would be very slightly. (this is why I said too sensitive). I'd love to bring it to your shop but I'm in Singapore :(. Maybe you know what the problem is? I've tried other board and they are not like mine.. will greatly appreciate if you can tell me how to repair/modify this issue.

Hi, hoping someone can help me with our brand new board. It's never been ridden because it won't self balance. When turned on, the green battery light operates, however when you step on the pad, a red light keeps flashing. I've tried resetting it and it does the same and then beeps if you try to ride it. It sounds like one of the cables just got disconnected inside. Mine had the same problem. When I opened it to examine, one cable became disconnected. I reconnected and it worked.

Question: Don't you have to calibrate the new sensor first? You just replace it, and switch on the board? And that's it? I got my board and probably screwed up calibrating it. So I never used it.. yet. If I get a new part I do not want to mess up again, hence my question.
