Evo zap is one of the best evos currently. The nerf does look big, but I think it will put evo zap in the right place. Fully agree, that the void nerf is too much, makes me wanna sub it for fireball. I wonder if pekka mk meta won't actually change after the balance change. Pekka is kinda broken right now, this nerf will trickle down usage rate, but not make pekka balanced I think. And also, a pekka nerf is an indirect mk buff, so mk also need a nerf I believe, a small one tho.

True, it's such a skill and deck based tower considering you sacrifice your ability to kill things such as 3 skeletons without taking damage (they will ALWAYS get 1 hit when left ignored) and instead you focus on higher damage. The nerf literally will make the canoneer useless against defending things such as firecrackers, Wall breakers and some more things

Cards that annihilate your tower and your push because you defended a push with a card anywhere near your tower is generally a hated archetype. Firecracker, magic archer, and evo bomber are not well loved in that regard. Also evo bomber is really really good

Cannoneer is still useful against firecracker. But also you can't just expect a tower troop to be able to take out a 3 elixir troop like that so easily without taking any damage. Also, yes, you can reduce the void damage by placing more troops but remember, it's THREE elixir. So you're either getting insane positive elixir trades or you're forcing your opponent to use more elixir to save their troops. That being said, while void did deserve a damage nerf, this was really harsh.

Evo Tesla is the worst evo now. When it got released it had only the first shockwave but at least it had an hp buff and the shockwave was stronger The hp buff got removed, the desth shockwave got removed, they had nerfed the damage and the hit speed too. They also nerfed the shockwave itself. At this point its the only evo which is not even guaranteed to get any value since after the first and only shockwave, its just a regular tesla now. Its so over for evo tesla 😭

Exactly my thought. Before the hitspeed and damage nerf, it was pretty balanced. No problem on the shockwave damage nerf tho. But now it's death shockwave got removed, they didn't give back the damage to oneshot minions. Now it's completely gone. As a f2p I grinded so much for evo tesla only to see it getting nerfed.

And if you have used evo tesla a lot, you probably know it very rare for it to pop up the second time and get at least another shockwave

Month after month, we still don’t receive buffs to cards that need it (a pointless goblin machine 5% health increase isn’t significant enough). I’m tired of these meaningless nerfs to cards that are “too strong” can we buff cards that are too weak to compete?

I think the regular drill might need a buff BUT only on the cycles of the evo Drill itself because when an evo card is placed, it literally tells you where it is going to be placed via the shard above the card, making it very easy to counter. I think they should change it so the shard shows after the drill is on the tower or just have it spawn on your king tower while the drill is on the way to the opposing tower.

Evo zap nerf is just not it bro. The only reason it was even played is because of the 3 separate zaps because it can counter swarms and ESPECIALLY CHARGE/RAMPUP DAMAGE (sparky, infernos, mighty miner) and its only getting recognition now because of the amount of ppl that chose it from the free evo event (myself included)

Hey, am I the only one who feels like an easy nerf for the evo Pekka could be not allowing it to heal from buildings? I feel like this is a fair change and it only makes sense because unlike actual troops, buildings are inorganic. Drill doesn't need a nerf. It sucks already. People in top ladder knows perfect well about countering it. You just have to log properly and put a few troops for the second and third phase drill. The second phase drill could barely spawn a goblin. It's already easy to defend it. Imagine after 2 times of cycling a drill that your opponent could seek its submerging position(they have the evo symbol), you don't get a broken drill that guarantees you 90% damage. Why don't I choose the regular drill?

It was nice to see that Supercell is just as confused as me with the goblin machine. Released as a win condition/support card as well as one of the most, if not the most, broken card upon release. What's the identity of this card now? When I see other people use it, I'm laughing because it does nothing when I use it, im mad because it does nothing. Rocket on tower? You'd be better off having minor. And say they make this card good again. I still don't think this card would be fun, it'd just be unhealthy for the game.
