Hello Ujjwal Kumar I withdrew Rs 10000 from my HDFC Bank a/c from an ATM of Axis Bank nearby. The amount was deducted but not received by me as atm machine showed a message unable to dispense. I do not have a receipt but i have the transaction in my net banking statement and also a text message & e-mail. Will that be sufficient for lodging a complaint. Kindly reply as soon as possible. 🙏🏻
