In this tutorial we have discussed an important term called "Balance Delay". Balance Delay is an important term in Assembly Line Balancing Process. Balance Delay effects negatively to the Line Efficiency. Higher Balance Delay means the lower Line efficiency OR we can say that Higher Balance delay simply means the Line is imbalance.
We also explained Balance delay calculation procedure in easy way.
