​@Jonskipvp sigh. I hate to do this but starch lord is the most overrated card in the entire game. I can't stand it when people think starch lord is good. You guys, this is a 4 cost card that has 2 attack and 4 health. It has garbage stats. Now let's look at it's abilities. When you play a root, it gets +1/+1. Thats almost no- think about it. In order to get this up to the actual stats that it needs to be as a 4 cost card, this would have to buff like 2 roots just to break even. It would have to grow 3 roots to actually be viable. The fact that people think that it is a good idea to start drawing cards on turn 5, it really means you have no idea how to play pvz heroes. It's way too late! This is- it's- you dont make a deck that has roots in it, that's not a good strategy, there are some good roots in the game but you just have to put too many roots in it. It's drawing cards on turn 5, the last turn you're gonna be drawing cards as a plant player is going to be on turn 3. it's so overrated, it's just a big piece of trash, just look at this guy, a big ugly guy. it's based on by the way the worst Marvel superhero in the entire Marvel Fra- actually universe of Superheroes in the entire history of the planet, star-lord, who is a simp, douchebag, has no superpowers, is the lamest, dumb. and do you know what, it's appropriate cuz this is the stupidest card in the game and it's based on the stupidest Marvel superhero ever. This is so overrated, It's so grunts it's so, I'm sticking this in F tier I don't even care.

Keeping bog is definetly the right call, taking full advantage of both the limited runnable zombie amphibious, *and* Carrotina's super that forces amphobious on a card. Just a nice spin on a swarm deck, with easily accessable aggro jellybean too.

It is so interesting to look back on some old videos, even from a month ago, and see cards before the balance changes. There's so many times where even 1 point of hp or atk seems to matter for some of these cards, and it often happens to come up when the opponent plays a 2/2 cactus, or a 1/3 tricaratops, etc.. And now you're playing a deck where most of these cards just got a 1-2 point buff, but it all comes together to make a big impact on the archetype. I think it would be cool to look back on some of your old videos for one of your streams or youtube vids, just to point out all the times when this patch actually would've altered the state of the matches you play.

Marine bean was a good plant even before this , just , rarely run because of its reputation as an "amphibious deck card" Amphibious decks have been seen as not viable for YEARS , so it's reputation has went down , but really , it is way more versatile than the old 2-2 4 cost that gave everything a 1-1 buff But both of them got buffed so , amphibious decks are seen as viable once more SO it is finally getting the respect it deserves BTW in case you wanted proof , there is a fry video of a deck that was guardian package + marine bean and it was REALLY good there iirc

I mean , to be perfectly fair If citron wasn't a hero , she would have been seen as a good hero YEARS ago Like , once people realized that citron is one of the best heroes (at least for that time) , that would be beta But since 99% of the time she is worse than citron AND she is more rare to get , people put the label of "useless" on her If citron wasn't just , SO much better power wise then chances are her reputation would never have gotten so low Citron having 2 powers that give invincibility is HUGE

I opted for a pseudo-budget version of this deck, as I wanted to try this deck but didn’t have every card! I replaced the Lima’s with Tricarrotops (not ‘budget’, but I crafted them pre-balance change), which could be better, but still worked fine since the card poses a notable threat if left alone, leaving less removal for your other amphibious minions I replaced the cattails with sea-shrooms. No explanation really, just the only other 2-cost amphibious minions available. Thankfully for that reason it still synergizes well. Instead of cool bean I used rescue radish, which I really liked since you can bounce your navy beans, and it additionally synergizes with jelly bean! It’s a really fun addition to the deck! Besides that I already had, or crafted the few loose links, but I’m having a lot of fun, thank you Fry!

‼️‼️Fry em up. I’ve experimented with Pirates and I think I found the new formula. Normal pirate package. Imp commander, synergistic with imp throwing imp which even synergises with wrath. I can literally finish the opponent with 5 damage wrath. In my opinion this is the highest win rate deck in the game currently mark my words fry.

to follow up here. Number 1 is obviously impfinity (More synergy with imp super power). Brings brilliant steam to an agro deck that runs out fast. An underrated card but a brilliant one. Fishy imp. Not only will this be able to counter the new amphibious meta. It will be able to add another lane into action, triggering more for wrath, synergy with imp commander and overall an amazing agro card. Hmm what else you may ask is in this deck. Well obviously 4 copies of bungee, line dancing to replace the disco dance floors of the past, headstone carvers to buff line dancing, monkeys, swash, flame face and imp commander

man.. quarterly should get nerfed as soon as possible. the texts says "set the attack to 4" not "give +4 attack to a zombie". it's super busted. lurch for lunch is already a better card than plant food. but then there's a quarterly bonus appeared. even if you play this on a 2 attack guy, it still does 6 damage to the opponent on turn 4 and probably does 12 damage if they didn't play any plants to block it. COMPLETELY BUSTED CARD.
