The convention was great. The altitude took a little getting used to. Mostly because before showing up in Denver, I camped at Mueller State Park. My campsite was at 9681 feet. THAT is too damned high for someone who lives below sea level.

I would love to meet up sometime to get the ropes down on Bald cypress collection. I’m in Texas but I’m fairly certain Texas restricts removal from public property. And I do not have access to the right private. But I’d be willing to drive to learn. And I would get you gas and lunch and help you get a tree or 2 as well .
