This channel was the inspiration to take the initiative to shave my head once and for all. In 2020, at the age of 22 I started to notice that my hair was getting thinner and thinner, it became a problem for me and occupied my thoughts entirely. So, that same year, and taking advantage of the fact that we were in pandemic lockdown times, I thought, "what if I cut my fucking hair off, just to remove my doubts about how I'll look bald?" It was eye-opening for me, I think at first it was weird for me to go out on the street like that, but as time went on you get used to it and so do your family members and people close to you. Since then, I started shaving my head constantly. I am no longer afraid or ashamed to go out like that. Now at 26 years old, I can say that I am proud of my decision, because it made me stronger and more confident. I want to thank your channel, because you do a lot for men who suffer from these senseless thoughts, and your words help us to take the risk and become more and more. Thank you so much!!!

I can’t believe this came out today, because tonight was already planned to get my head shaved. And I’m letting my niece and nephew do it 1. To make it more of an event and 2. To have a little fun with something I’ve been stressing on and putting off for a year. I’m another one of the guys (like a few of the Baldcafe videos) who has long hair, but it’s crazy thinned out. 6 years of long hair. I was watching an old episode of Fraiser from the 90s. Kelsey Grammer never let his thin hair bother him. Even though he was balding a lot he made the best of what he had by growing it and combing it back. It actually looked good. The guys hair in this video reminded me of Kelseys. Actually it's thicker. I liked the look after he dropped the pony tail. But why does the partial bakding look like Kelseys stress people out? It looked pretty cool in my opinion.

Was dope to change it up… almost cut it several times before actually doing it… for me it was the fact that it takes so long to grow out and u have to stick out all the shitty stages to get nice long hair… so when u have it you get kind of attached lol…

I'm in the same boat, I've got long hair but it's super thin at the top compared to the rest of it. I grew it out because I knew it was now or never, took me 7 years of having short hair from 20-27 to know it's not coming back naturally. I can't even promise my minoxidil and Finasteride treatment will work at this rate or if I'm just compensating for hope.. I see why men just let it go, because it isn't even about confidence anymore it's about just throwing the burden of worry. Yeah, it's going to suck so bad if I ever go bald and know I'll not have hair again and know I never achieved the look I tried so hard to get all my life. But even when you have hairstyle you want but balding it's not the same level of confidence you think you'd get because its constantly on your mind, it doesn't just harmoniously sit on your head and you know you don't need to worry about the wind. I know I'll never be confident again when I'm bald due to other insecurity factors, but man.. balding/thinning/diffuse thinning/MPB is a curse. Godspeed to anyone trying to get through this.
