Wow! That was awesome! I love how Phil gives us commentary on each shot on what the ball is gonna do and where and why. To be able to shape each shot as well as these guys do is why they are so successful in tournaments. I wish I had half the talent these guys have. I’m a 15 handicap and don’t play as much as I’d like to. If I could play everyday I would. But that four letter word keeps me from it! Work. Maybe when I retire I’ll be able to play as much as I can.

It's this kind of stuff - thinking beyond the canned network PGA telecasts and bringing the personality of the players to the viewers - that will take golf to the next level. @Far2hip
@Far2hip 9 ай бұрын
@@willmckelvain66 , yes, there are other content creators that talk through the shots a bit. But the way these guys do it is very different. It really shows how deeply the understand their own game. What’s terrific to hear between them is how they each have their own method of calculating distance by some form of regulating percentage or mental clock dial design on the swing path. It’s not only really cool, it also shows just how much time and intention they commit to designing their own perfect system. Again, Bryson would do VERY well to keep this sort of off the cuff matches with other tour pros for content. I’m sure all we golf enthusiasts would suck it right up. I sure as hell would, lol!! ⛳️😎⛳️

Thumbs up before watching cuz Phil is the man. Met him at the BMW Championship at Medinah about 4 years ago and he was by far the friendliest and most fan engaging tour pro there, chatting and high fiving as he’s walking up the fairways and over bridges

I find this so much more entertaining than a regular stroke play event. Seeing pros play match play is the most entertaining form of golf to watch. And this was made even more enjoyable because we could see the personalities of the players on full display. This was awesome. Thanks, Bryson!

Brilliant stuff. A lot of really terrific golf. Love the shot analysis, insights and banter and it's nice ot see pros in a relaxed, fun but competitive setting. Phil's ball striking is so pure - you can see why he's won 6 majors. And watching Bryon hit the ball into different time zones is always fun. Anirban/Cameron played some great shots.

Great match, watched it all! Amazing how different y’all’s swings are. Anirban has the smoothest swing, never realized, just awesome to watch. Congrats on the 58, that was insane. 🎉

I love how competitive Phil is, one of the best in the game that still wants to win. Also a treat to hear all the friendly banter that you would never hear in tourney play.

These guys are good. They hit their drives and approach shots and proceed to walk together in the same direction. In my foursome, we have no idea what wayward journeys were taken by each from tee to green.

This is one of the reasons I like LIV golf it allows players like this the freedom to do this sort of content. The PGA tour doesn’t allow them this. I’d much rather watch this than a 4 day tournament anytime. Congratulations on your win also congrats on your channel as well. Would love to see you take on the Majestics or rangegoats

I wish there was more of this classy thoughtful trash talk in golf. Phil Mickelson and John Daly have it. It’s beautiful to watch as it adds to rivalries and mental fortitude that is lacking in the PGA. In all sports there is the skill to get to the highest level then there’s the mind to keep you there longer as the skill slowly fades away. I watch this and can’t help but think Bryson was the better golfer but succumbed to the mind games Phil was playing.

Bryson, excellent video. First, Congrats on the 58! Love to hear you talk club tech and talk through your shots. And Phil is always awesome with his commentary! It is very informative to hear you (Pros) think through the type of shots you want to hit. Love it! Please do more. Perhaps against The Majesticks, Westwood and Poulter. They have done videos with Rick Shiels and they are great talking on camera. would be fun to watch.
