Amarius Mimms is going to be a solid tackle in the NFL for a long time. Great pick for Bengals.

Matt Bitonti has the Bengals line 11th of 32. From a PFF standpoint they’re close to a top 5 pass blocking line. Not for nothing but Bitonti has the Steelers line at #32, and that includes the additions of Fautanu and Zach Frazier. Gotta mention that Every Chance I Get 😉

I think the Bengals are just as good as the 2021 or 2022 teams. They bolstered the secondary and added starters on the D line. The offense is still one of the most explosive units in the league. The Bengals will be there come late December.

Agreed. However, there are a lot of questions still to answer. I think on paper it looks good, but Nick Scott and Irv Smith looked good this time last year. Hoping for the best. Who Dey!

The Offensive Line will always be a issue. Joe is to Olines as Rus Wilson once was. Its the same staying on the field conversation, Joe needs to improve as a pro in his full process and that happening is not good odds. And dont get me wrong I had never seen a better QB in collage football. Joe's talents are a mobile Tommy B

Joe Burrow has had 2 healthy seasons and reached 2 conference championships and one superbowl while playing in the toughest division and without a great ol or defense...Mahomes gets 5-6 automatic wins in one of the weakest divisions in the nfl...no wonder they are a frequent #1 seed...quit nitpicking individual players and rankings and look at the big picture...if Burrow is healthy the bengals will go deep into the playoffs and quite possibly another superbowl...

While I would agree with the classification of the defense not being “great” or elite, I don’t think it’s fair to really include them in that sentence. They were above average the two big playoff runs and made huge, timely plays that were just as important as anything the offense did during those runs. I feel like our fanbase, and even the outside sports world, have this black and white narrative one way or the other. Some say Burrow was carried by the defense. And here, you kind of imply he didn’t have a good defense at all, especially when you include with the o line, which was truly terrible, historically so. The truth is in the middle. Burrow and the offense made plays when they needed to, but so did the defense.

Bengals make the playoffs this past season and you'd hear a lot less of this pessimism towards the players they have going into 2024. Imo.

Steve - "Joe Burrow is still Joe Burrow" So constantly injured and not on the field long enough to become better. The discussion of where Joe needs to go to stay on the field is a extended conversation. One of which will both neither happen, staying on the field or what he does to make that happen.

Sam is a consistent Bengals hater... If you have ever listened to their podcast you'd know that unless its the Ealges, Cheifs, Ravens or Rams(???) he's going to be "pessimistic". In one of their more recent episodes Sam referred to CTB as a "borderline number 2CB"...

Burton will be a bust. Too short. He's not getting past anyone "vertically". He'd be best as an across the middle guy. Which burrow doesn't like throwing across the middle because of his weak arm and he will get picked
