Fairly simple. He stacked the crit damage with two dolors. Then used gloves of automaton to give advantage for crits. Meanwhile, the same gloves treat you like a construct so you’re immune to electric but the boots give electric damage when standing in water. He used the ilith power to take his health down half so his hat gives him an extra bonus action. He checked each target for the 99% hit for crits. Finally, then anything else was just extra damage. To get past Sanctuary he used the many arrows that you buy from the vendor and shot the trash so that the arrows would bounce off into sanctuary without targeting the boss directly. To make sure she was dead - he wore bhaalst armor that gives double damage to pierce - to make sure she was extra dead, he used the artifact from act 2 to cause double damage from psychic. He got surprise by being invisible and attacking first. The minor illusion was just to get the trash closer to each other. What’s not to understand?

I remember finding two dolors legit but i can't quite remember where. One is with Dolor obviously but i think the other one is in a cave under Rivington

The first one is dropped by Dolor himself while doing Investigate the Murders questline, the second one is sold by Echo of Abazigal in the Murder Tribunal after you've become Unholy Assassin of Bhaal.

@@sintee106 Thanks! Can you first become Unholy Assassin and then kill Sarevok? Do you need to kill that elephant to become one?

Yes, you need to become Unholy Assassin to gain access to the murder vendor, that means killing the flying elephant. Once you got everything you wanted, you can kill Sarevok and everyone else. Becoming Unholy Assassin doesn't really lock the character into any path, it's just for the vendor.

The only thing I couldn’t figure out was how you were getting your crits until I saw you were assassin. So surprise, arrow of many targets which crit and all the other damage source die also crit - very cool.

Possibly the most OP build I've seen you doing. Those arrows are too OP + the Armor and the Daggers. Just insane. Is there Any equipment that makes enemies vulnerable to radiant damage or any other way?

Dolor bonus crit damage applies with other weapons? Due that says "when you crit with THIS weapon"....

According to the wiki (well and this video I guess) the description is wrong and it indeed works with any weapon attack. Seems like a bug to me.

This may be a dumb question, given how you wiped this whole team so easily, but would you say this is a good build to try and solo the whole game? High dex and charisma with decent spellcasting options seems great, but I feel like Ranger/Rogue/Fighter or your current Fighter Ranged build both come online sooner.

Im currently running non solo so ive been avoiding fighter class dips because i want to see what enemies can do. But im still flip floping front liners. Ive got this build minus fighter, sorlock minus the fighter, and light domain cleric as my core team, but ive had fun with different front liners after each long rest. Thanks for the builds. Now i am currious cause im not on honor mode, with my team is there a recommendation for a dedicated front liner from your builds when i decide to tackle honor mode?

You could run a Monk for frontliner, the ability to reliably stun/prone an enemy is really useful. When used on bosses, you'll deny not only their turns but also their Legendary Actions as they can't react while being Incapicated or Stunned.

bard lets you flourish attack - 2 hits per target full damage plus bardic inspiration damage (can be same target), fighter gives the ranged fighting style

Yea, i think the same Bard is not that useful This kind of build is online imo at lv8 : 5fighter for extra attack and action surge so 4 arrows. And 3 levels of assasin for crits. Then extra feat at lv9 + ascended astarion and you are a DPS machine 😮

@locknload9590 maybe you just need to play it your self. This varient compared to fighter or ranger is night and day. Bard comes out on top every time. I've done solo honour runs with both

⁠wrong and more wrong. Bard is more useful. Fighter cannot cast minor illusion. Secondly, on my channel Zero1zero, my bard played the instrument and almost all of them bunched up together. Can fighter do that? Nope. Third, I put a little more into charisma and when soloing Raphael tactician - I used hold monster and got 100% chance for crit and everything was crit to death. Can fighter do that? Nope. Don’t say “bard is not that useful” when you haven’t thought it through at all. Lastly, beat my time when fighting raphael and show a video. Then let’s discuss it.

Amazing build… the dolor daggers apply on multiple instances of damage every crit (weapon damage, craterflesh damage, and sneak attack). I tried a variation of this build with gloomstalker instead of fighter and it was a blast!

why use random +1 green hand crossbow in your offhand rather than Ne'er Misser? Isnt Ne'er misser objectively better? Maybe you dont want the force damage for some reason?

I'm not certain this is the case, but it's my hunch: Ne'er Misser deals force damage. Aura of Murder affects piercing type damage. Because they are both +1 instruments, the only thing you lose when switching to the unnamed variant is the ability to cast Magic Missile. Clearly that is not a big loss.

@@kellyeaton7252this is the way. The damage dealt by ne'er misser is not piercing damage (the whole point of abusing the Bhaalist armor) it's damage is force and it doesn't always hit - there is a +2 hand xbow at the artists house in a safe

With the current builds he's been using he can't, he's been using the same-ish items for almost every build, so you can only really do this with one character at a time.

He needed to get below 50% health to activate one of his buffs. He did this by transferring his health to the mage hand. He used the cat to get the groups positioned so they would be properly targeted by Arrow of Many Targets, or whatever it's called. He throws the haste potion so using it in combat doesn't take up an action. If he were to drink it before combat, he would lose one turn of it's effectiveness.

They only "fixed" them in a sense but still overpowered.. You just need dual wielder now.

Also up to 4:11, when there's only 3 targets remaining, he's only been attacking with regular actions, meaning his main-hand weapon. So you can get up to that point with a single bow as well.

this ist really impressing ;-) BUT, only when you prepare everything. so all has to be perfect. when you just run or somehow get into a fight (not everyone knows the game this well) its never possible to get all this buffs and advantage. this stuff only works in best cases. the build is great, for sure. like all you made. ;-) for casual gamers, it will be too much.
