Baldur's Gate 3 - GAME CRASHED - weird damage reflect bug in Gauntlet of Shar

me: hits enemy
mob: reflects damage back
me: reflects that damage back
mob: reflects it back again
repeat x100000000000000000000 until the game slows down and then crashes
when I unequipped "The Oak Father's Embrace" armour from Shadowheart (gives her a buff called Order of Nature that reflects damage), this fixed the problem
