Baldur's Gate 3 Ornate Mirror Doesn't Work for Hirelings

I noticed in a previous play through that the Ornate Mirror in Act 1 of Baldur's Gate 3 will not allow Hirelings to answer it's final question to open it.
It appears that it will work, however, if the hireling happens to be a class that gets an additional dialogue option at the end.
My "actors" for this clip were made to look like Aelis Siryasius (Half-Elf), Viola Silvertongue (Human) and Damays (Tiefling) using the Magic Mirror so please forgive me if they don't look entirely accurate.
All actors are existing NPCs found in Baldur's Gate 3.
