Where did you get this book to keep the scrolls organized? Never saw it in the game.

It's from Act 1, in a "Mysterious Hole" just outside the wall of The Blighted Village, right outside where Barcus is tied to the windmill. It's by the Northern part of the wall that is broken at the end, close to the windmill, but on the outer side towards the barn where those fellas are doing naughty things.
