Good video. I've noticed that many filter reviewers seem to gauge a filter by the number pleats, but there's a big difference in the quality of paper material itself that these companies use.

I like to come at each filter as it's new to me, if it seems better than others I will say it. Filter material is a big thing for me, it must do it's job to end of its life. Thanks Martin.

I grind on seam to keep stable and clean. Easy grind to roll against metal.

@@LooneyFarmGuy Baldwin do make full line of filters for vehicles also.

Baldwin has been making filtration products for heavy duty equipment for years. They carry a full line of automotive filters as well but their bread & butter has always been the heavy duty diesel market. They make filters for diesel engines that cost more than most people’s houses.

@prevost8686 so true, some of there filters get pricey in the diesel market.

How many miles is this particular filter good for between oil changes if you used full synthetic?
@crazybillsgarage5 ай бұрын
I have no information for the Baldwin filter with synthetic. But most users go between 5 to 7 thousand miles on that filter.

Personally, I use this exact part # (B329) on my Challenger SRT 392 in place of the Mopar SRT Oil Filter. The Baldwin filters are cheaper, seem to be just as good if not better than the SRT filter from what I can find online and have read. I change my oil every 4k miles, filter as well. These filters are $8 on Amazon.
